After a holiday in France (which purely consisted of hopping from one patisserie to another), I fell in love with all things sweet and decided to pursue a career as a pastry chef.
Lady Bouchon is a celebration of all my experiences- whether it be my apprenticeship at jocelyn’s provisions, staging abroad at the most beautiful bakeries or my continued appreciation for design and art.
We are a small batch market bakery with ambition to keep supporting local as much as possible and to share our knowledge and passion for food with the Brisbane community.
